MyUSのEnter Valuesから購入金額を入力することは出来るのですが、全ての入力が終わり続けるをクリックすると続けるの項目が消えてしまって入力完了になりません。

こちらからはどうしようも出来ないので、そちらから操作してもらえませんでしょうか?

また、Purchased Valueをこちらで入力しないで済む方法を教えて頂けませんか?

購入金額を販売者のほうで明記してもらえば良いのでしょうか?

I can enter the item price into the Enter Values box of MyUS page, but after filling all necessary items and click continue, it is diminished and cannot complete the entry.

Since I cannot do anything from my side, would you fix this phenomenon on your side?

In addition, is there any way which I do not need to enter the Purchased Value?

Shall I need to request a seller to state purchased value clearly?
