原因を調べた結果ペイパルの決済時に選択したクレジットカードに問題がありました。
もう一度決済をやり直す事は可能でしょうか？

Hallo,
After investigation, I realized that there was a problem on the credit card which I selected as the pay method at the PayPal payment.

Is it possible to redo it?

うーん、「こんにちは」のHelloは打ちミスなのでしょうか、いくらなんでも基本的過ぎますが...^^; あとAfterから始めるならAfter the investigationかAfter inverstigatingとしたほうが自然かと。
それと、problem WITH the credit cardですね、少なくともproblem onではないのではと。
あと、pay methodじゃなくてpayment methodですねー
英語って難しいですよねー、お互い精進していきましょう
