返品の理由が【色が異なる】との事ですが、この商品にはカラーが１色しかありません。

PCのモニターによって色の見え方に違いがあると思いますが、客のイメージ違いが理由でも返金しなければ

いけませんか？また、この商品は天然コルクで作られている商品なので個々に色の差が出るのは当然のこと

です。



新品の在庫があったので新品を送りましたが開封してますか？開封、使用されている場合は全額の返金は出

来ませんので状態を確認してから返金の対応をさせて頂きます。

The stated reason for returning the item was 'difference in color' when there is only a single colour for the product.

Depending on the PC monitor, there might be a difference in the perceived color but must I refund the payment on such grounds? Furthermore, the product is made from natural cork so it is expected to have a slight color difference for each of the product.

I have sent the new ones as they are in stock but have they been unsealed? If it has been unsealed or used in any way, I am afraid that I could not make a full refund. Once the condition has been confirmed, I would make the necessary arrangements for the refund.
