We do not feel that cancellation would be appropriate in this case. We conducted a completely proper auction, and clearly stated the payment requirements in BOLD type in the auction listing. These are the Terms and Conditions under which the auction was conducted and won. If payment could not be made as required, then no bid should have been placed. Neither we nor our consignment client should be put to the additional expense, delay, and inconvenience of relisting this item.
