私は日本からアメリカ宛てに荷物を送ったが受取人が受け取っていないと主張している。
この商品は私のアマゾン上の店で買ってくれたバイヤーへの商品だった。そのため彼と揉めてしまっている。
USPSでは配達済みになっているので、別の人物が受け取った可能性がある。
1.受取人ではない人物が受け取った可能性があるので確認してほしい。
2.商品を受け取った人物の署名を見せてほしい。　私からは私が送った際の発送ラベルを見せる事ができる。
3.後日、日本の郵便局から問い合わせがあるので心得ていてほしい。

I sent the item to the United States from Japan, but the recipient insists that he has not received the order. This item was for the buyer who purchased on my shop on Amazon. There fore, I have the trouble with him. As USPS shows its status as "Delivered", it is possible that another person received the parcel.
1. I ask you to check that if another person other than the recipient received the parcel or not.
2. I would like you to show the signature of the person who received the order. I can show you the shipping label used when I shipped it out.
3. Please be aware that Japan Post will contact you at a later date.
