私は日本からアメリカ宛てに荷物を送ったが受取人が受け取っていないと主張している。
この商品は私のアマゾン上の店で買ってくれたバイヤーへの商品だった。そのため彼と揉めてしまっている。
USPSでは配達済みになっているので、別の人物が受け取った可能性がある。
1.受取人ではない人物が受け取った可能性があるので確認してほしい。
2.商品を受け取った人物の署名を見せてほしい。　私からは私が送った際の発送ラベルを見せる事ができる。
3.後日、日本の郵便局から問い合わせがあるので心得ていてほしい。

I sent the package from Japan to the address in the US, but the receiver is claiming that he was not able to receive it.
This product was sent to the buyer who purchased it in my store in Amazon. Due to this, I am having a dispute with him.

2. I would like you to show me the signature of the person who received the product. I can show you the shipping label when I sent the product.
