Aの枠に掲載する広告についてですが、JavaScriptを利用した広告の場合、
2ページ目以降、表示することができません。
おそらくB.jsが影響していると思います。
JavaScriptを使わない普通のイメージバナーの場合は2ページ目以降も表示できました。

返信は不要です。個人的にはiframeを利用して対応できるので修正しなくてもかまいません。
一応、報告しておきます。

As for advertisement that is going to be listed on A, we cannot show
after the 2nd page if we use Java Script for advertisement.
It is because B.j.s is related.
We can show after the 2nd page in case of image banner we use usually where Java Script is not used.

I do not need your reply. I can use by using iframe, and you do not have to repair it.
I just report it to you.
