HI, Oh my goodness, I am so sorry,  this is just horrible! I have never had a piece arrive damaged. Was the outer box damaged? I thought I had packed this well, and had double boxed it for a safe arrival! This was shipped Priority International so it is insured but I will have to call the USPS to find out how I file a claim for an International package, and what the procedure is. Have you ever had this happen? Do you know the procedure? What are your thoughts on how this should be handled?! Let me know, Thanks,

こんにちわ、あぁ困った、申し訳ありません。これはひどい！破損して届いた商品は今までにありませんでした。外箱は破損していましたか？きちんと梱包し、安全に届けるために2重箱にしたと思います。プライオリティー国際便で発送したので、保険がかけられていますが、国際郵便のクレームの申請と、手続きの仕方を聞くためにUSPSへ電話しなければならないでしょう。今までにこのようなことが起こった事はありますか？あなたは手続きの仕方を知っておられますか？どのように処理すべきだとお考えになられますか？！教えてください。よろしくお願いします。
