今回のFEDEX出荷分は中国税関にて運悪く正式通関となってしまいました。
本来であれば、発送先がHONG KONGでもZHUHAIでもFEDEXは簡易通関なので、このような事は起こりません。
掛かった費用については、当方にお知らせください。
上司と相談致します。

For the shipment by FedEx at this time, unfortunately, it shall undergo official inspection of Chinese customs’ office.
To tell the truth, it shall not happen since FedEx has been undergoing the simplified customs’ processing even the shipping destination is the Hong Kong or Zhuhai.
I appreciate if you can tell me the expenses being incurred for getting the customs’ clearance.
I will discuss it with my superior.
