すいません。オーストラリアへの配送は私たちの実力では(商品の名前)を配送することができません。大変申し訳ございません。
今回オーストラリアの配送については日本の配送業者、日本郵便、佐川急便、黒猫ヤマトなどの業者に電話や直接伺いましたが配送することはできないとのことです。配送できる重量であっても大きさが対応していない、配送できる大きさであっても重量が対応してないのが理由です。今回EMSや船便で対応できると考えた私たちの浅知恵が原因です。大変失礼いたしました。

This time we directly asked Japan Post, Sagawa Kyuubin and Kuroneko Yamato etc in Japan regarding delivery to Australia, but unfortunately they cannot. This is because even though the weight allows delivery but size does not, or size allows but weight does not. We were not considerate enough to believe that it can be sent by EMS or boat. We are very sorry about this.
