We will accept your return of the bass guiter since it still produces terrible sounds. I will bear the delivery expense from the US to Japan. Soon after you inform me of the cost, I will transmit the amount to your Paypal account, and we will refund the full amount of the bass as soon as the merchandise arrives at our office.
Meanwhile, if you want us to refund only a part of it such as the repair cost, I would suggest you to send us the picture of receipt which we can confirm the repair cost for the neck and the date when the repair work would be done.
