前回の注文についていくつかお聞きしたことがあります。

1 ○○は12個バケツのカバーがついていたのですが、肝心のバケツが6個しか届きませんでした。

2 □□の商品ですが、72個中24個において、蓋が緩んでおり、中身が半分以上漏れていました。確実に出荷時から緩い状態であったと考えられます。
今回に限らず、液物商品全般で、何個か漏れが見られます。

バケツの残りと漏れた商品の補填を行ってもらうとともに
今後、液物関係の商品は蓋の締め方を厳重に行ってもらいたいと思っております。

I have several questions as to my previous order.

1. ○○ contains twelve bucket covers, but only six buckets that are the main products.

2. As for □□, in 24 pieces out of 72, their lids were loosened and more than half of their contents were leaked. I'm sure that they have been loose since they were shipped. Not only this time but also in liquid products in general we have found leakage in some of them.
