From the left, the cat with the broom means clean and refining (which also leads to martial arts), the cat with the bag of rice means bumper crops, the cat with the snapper means good catch and business prosperity, the cat with the bag means good babies and marital harmony, the cat with the gold coin means fortune and wisdom, the cat with the straw sandal means good health and longevity, and the cat with the gavel means not only fortune but also great development.
Shichifuku (Seven good fortunes) is the very happy motif that puts people's hopes for happiness in their lives.
