下記の商品は1人のセラーが販売を独占し、商品名に自分の名前を含めて販売している。この商品を私が出品し販売することは可能ですか？

というのは、この商品は既存の商品の組み合わせでありこのセラーのオリジナルのものでないのは明らかだ。また当然商標権等の権利はこのセラーのものではなくそれぞれのメーカーが有していると思う。
