今回Aを注文したのは、在庫していた1セットを顧客に販売した為です。

顧客に販売したAの一部に不具合がありました。
jibを連結する部分が潰れていたために、連結することができません。
状態を確認できる写真を添付したので確認して下さい。

破損しているこのパーツを送って欲しいです。
顧客には今回注文したAから、この部分だけを交換商品として届けようと思っています。

私がこのパーツだけを交換作業することが可能だと思いますか？
交換作業に特別な工具が必要な場合は一緒に届けて欲しいです。
