EMSの場合、日本から南米のお届け先まで4日～6日、eパケットの場合、6日～8日かかります。
届け先国の郵便事情によって、到着日数が遅れる場合があります。これまでの経験上、首都近郊へのお届けは比較的予定どおりですが、郵便事情が悪い場合は、お客さまに郵便局に取りに行ってもらうほうが、早い場合もあります。また、EMSは税関審査が確実に行われ、関税がかかる場合が多いようです。

The shipment by EMS takes four to six days from Japan to South America and that of by e-packet takes six to eight days.
The delivery might be delayed depending on the postal system in a destination country.
From our experience, the delivery is rather faster in the suburbs of capital, but it might be faster for customers go to a local post office to pick up a package if the postal system is poor.
In addition, the EMS surely undergoes the customs’ inspection and customers will be required to pay customs’ fee for many cases.
