どちらの荷物も開封して確認しましたが、やはりBracketsが入っていませんでした。
担当者の方はちゃんと二つの錆びたBracketsを荷物に入れたのでしょうか？入れ忘れていませんか？

I opened both parcels an checked them, but I could not find brackets.
Are you sure that the person in charge put twp rusty brackets in the parcels?
Did not he forget to put them?
