全ての品番に対しては、Lサイズを発注するのは難しいです。
なぜなら、Lサイズは、小売店鋪では、全く売れる事ができません。
数量を多く発注している品番は、Lサイズまで発注します。
しかし、数量を少なく発注している品番は、Lサイズを発注できません。
Lサイズを発注している品番の割合は、発注品番に対して60％の割合で
いいでしょうか。この条件を承諾して頂ければ、ディスカウント金額に関して
は、あなたの条件を考慮したいと思います。

The reason for this is that size L items are always left unsold at retail shops.
For item serial numbers which are ordered in large quantity, we will order up to size L.
But for item serial numbers which are ordered in small quantity, we can't order size L.
The　proportion of item serial numbers ordering size L will be 60% of the whole item serial numbers,but will that be OK with you?
