先日、以下のScriptのAuthorが数百の顧客のメアドをCCでバラまきました
故意ではないということですがそれからスパムメールが増えています
たぶんこのメアドのリストが売られたのでしょう
ABCでは顧客に対して直接メールを送信することは規約で許されてるのでしょうか？
またこのAuthorに対して以下のどちらかの処罰をお願いします

・このAuthorのScriptを全て削除、そして出品停止
・スパムメールを送られた顧客の返金処理

甘い処置の場合、自分もこのリストを使わせてもらいます

Recently, the Auther of this script below has spread out e-mail address of few hundred customers as CC.
Although it is not intentional, number of spam mail has been increasing.
It is probably because of this list of e-mail address has been sold to others.
Is it permitted in your company policy to send e-mail to the customer directly?
And also, I request this Auther to get punished as follow

・Delete all the scripts that this auther wrote or ban exhibit
・Refund to customer who got spam mail

If the punishment is not strict enough, I will use this mail list as well.
