先日、以下のScriptのAuthorが数百の顧客のメアドをCCでバラまきました
故意ではないということですがそれからスパムメールが増えています
たぶんこのメアドのリストが売られたのでしょう
ABCでは顧客に対して直接メールを送信することは規約で許されてるのでしょうか？
またこのAuthorに対して以下のどちらかの処罰をお願いします

・このAuthorのScriptを全て削除、そして出品停止
・スパムメールを送られた顧客の返金処理

甘い処置の場合、自分もこのリストを使わせてもらいます

A couple of days ago author of the following script disclosed e-mail address
of several hundreds of customers at CC.

He or she has not done it intentionally, but spam e-mail has been increasing since then.
Probably this list of e-mail address was sold.
Does ABC allow to send e-mail to customers directly by regulation?
Please impose either of the following punishment to this author.

Delete all the scripts by this author, and stop listing the products.
Refund to customers to whom the spam e-mail was sent.

If the punishment is not strict enough, I will also use this list.
