Invoiceと別に領収書を添付するということですか？税関の問題であればinvoiceだけで問題ないと思いますが。
それとInvoiceには送料を書く欄がありません。ですので商品代金$150と記載して送ります。
あと、PayPal登録の住所以外には送ることが出来ません。どうしても別の住所に送るということでしたら決済の前にPayPalの登録住所を変更してから決済をお願いします。
