As a UK based company, we're required to pay VAT on orders with the exception of non EEC countries or tax exempt regions.
Where VAT is not applied,the selling price remains the same online, however, the total cost of the order is paid to House of Fraser and no portion of the order cost is used by us for payment to HMRC.
Unfortunately at present we don’t charge VAT, but the price paid remains the same. Therefore we are not able to refund VAT Please refer the customer to our website terms and conditions.

英国を拠点とする弊社では、非EEC諸国、又は非課税地域を除き、ご注文にはVAT（付加価値税）を支払う必要があります。
VATが適用されない地域においては、商品の値段はウェブサイトのものと同じとなりますが、ご注文の合計金額は、House of Fraser社に支払うこととなり、いかなるご注文金額も、HMRC（英国歳入関税局）への支払には使用されません。
残念ながら現在、弊社ではVATを請求しておりませんが、支払い金額は同じとなります。ですので、VATを返金することはできません。お客様には、弊社のウェブサイトの諸条件をご覧いただくよう、お伝えください。
