付け加えるなら
ある一定数のURLを指定できて、指定していないURLはAdsenseを表示するなど設定できると良いですね。
もちろん制限なくURLを指定できると良いですが動作が重くなりそうですよね。
重要なのは動作が重くならないこと、汎用性が高いということでしょうか。

I am afraid you have to go out. などと使います。
I am afraidは、日本語ですと「申し訳ありませんが」というより「恐縮ですが」というようなニュアンスですので、but を活かす意味でもI'm sorryとしました。
略語にも複数形は存在しますので、sを忘れないようにしましょう。
全体的にほぼ意味は伝わりますが、semantics は意味を勘違いしていらっしゃいませんか？
かなり定義の狭い言葉であり、この文脈には適しておらず、このままでは意味がわかりません。
