4.1 Before Buyer receives confirmation of the order from the Seller, the Buyer can change the details of an Individual Sale Agreement or cancel the order by notifying such change in writing to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer will not be liable for any damage which may occur to the Seller.
4.2 After the Buyer receives the confirmation of the order, if the need has arisen to change the details of an Individual Sales Agreement, the Seller and the Buyer shall promptly notify the other party to such effect and may change of the details of such Individual Sale Agreement by having consulted with the other party.

４.１　販売者より注文の確認を受ける前であれば、購入者は個別売買契約書の詳細を変更、もしくは書面にて販売者にその変更の旨を通知することにより注文を取り消すことができる。その場合、購入者は販売者に起こり得るいかなる損害に関しても責任を負わない。

４.２　販売者より注文の確認を受けた後に個別売買契約書の詳細に変更を加える必要性が生じた場合には、販売者と購入者は速やかに相手方当事者にその旨を通知しなければならず、また相手方当事者と協議することにより、かかる個別売買契約書の詳細を変更することができる。
