I haven't seen you for a long time.
As you know, we are going to Finland again on March 20 and have a meeting with ABC company.
Now we will have a meeting with ABC company between 10:00 and 11:30.
We still have enough time between 13:00 and 15:00, so we will be glad if you introduce a venture company you recommend.

I don't think it is a good idea to translate "ご無沙汰しております。" to "I haven't seen you for a long time.". And "We still have enough time" でスケジュール的に余裕があります、と言うのは直訳すぎて、意味が相手に伝わらないと思います。
