荷物が日本にあれば私が対応しますがベトナムに荷物が着いている場合はお客様のほうから直接税関にお問い合わせ頂くことになります事をご了承下さい。
荷物は日本の郵便局からEMSで発送します。もちろんトラッキングナンバーも付けておりますのでその辺はご安心下さい。

I'll take care of the situation if the shipment is still in Japan. However, if the item has already arrived in Vietnam, please consult the Vietnamese customs directly.
I send my shipments via EMS from a Japanese postal office with a tracking number. Please be assured.
