I shipped the item through the Japanese post office on March 28, then from the tracking number I confirmed that it was in German customs on April 1. It seems as though it has been stuck there since then. There is nothing I can do about this situation. However, upon receiving a request from the buyer to cancel I wanted to be sure to respond right away. I always want to do whatever I can to help the buyer.

商品小包を3月28日に日本郵便で送付し、追跡番号から当該小包は4月1日にドイツ税関に到着したことが確認されています。とはいえ、小包はそこで止まっているように思えます。この状況には何の対応もできません。しかし、購入したお客様から注文の取消し依頼を受けたので、直ぐに確実に対応しようとしました。
いつも購入してくれたお客様のお役に立てるようにしています。
