原因が分かりました
日本郵便がモンテネグロの略称"ME"とメキシコの略称"MX"を勘違いして、誤ってメキシコに送っていたようです。その後イギリス経由でモンテネグロに転送しましたが、イギリス郵便局が却下したようで日本に戻ってきたようです
この度はご迷惑をおかけしまして深くお詫び申し上げます
原因の特定ができましたので、今度は絶対に間違えないようにモンテネグロまで送るように郵便局員にきつく言います
再送したいのですが、既にamazonUSAをキャンセルしておりますので新しくご注文ください

We found a reason.
Japan Post confused "ME" that stands for Montenegro and "MX" that stands for Mexico, and sent it to Mexico by mistake. After that, it was forwarded to Montenegro via United Kingdom, but it was refused at post over there and returned to Japan.

We found a reason, and thereby will tell employee at post office to send it to Montegegro without making a mistake.
We want to send it again, but order by Amazon.USA has been cancelled and please order newly.
