商品の到着日の設定が早過ぎるため、指定期日に遅れている。通関で商品が止まっていることが原因で今回の到着遅延が発生しております。


今後は、発送期日の再設定を行い、事前にお客様に期日の連絡と、関税についての連絡をするように致します。
