I don't know what EMS means. I've been in contact with the post office. They have told me that when a shipping arrives at spain, customs send to the addressee a "notice of arrival" signed by them. Then, there is a process and I have to give some information, attach the invoice and pay some money for customs charges. The problem is that they didn't sent me the "notice of arrival", which expired the february 7. So when I asked about the shipping, some days later, they told me that I would have to hire a person who can get it out because the "notice of arrival" had expired, and it would cost around 100 euros.
I don't know how nor why it's so difficult.

私はEMSが何のことか分かりません。郵便局と連絡を取っていますが、彼等は｢小包がスペイン税関に到着すれば、税関の署名入りの｢小包到着案内｣が送付先に送られます｣と言っています。

その後、手続きがあり、そして何らかの情報をインボイスと一緒に税関に提供し、いくらかの関税を支払います。問題は、税関が｢小包到着案内｣に記載された2月7日の｢小包引取期限｣内にその案内を私に送ってこなかったことです。
それなので、引取期限数日後に私が小包について問い合わせたところ、｢引取期限を超過しているので、誰か引取れる人を雇ってください｣と税関に言われました。またその費用に100ユーロ掛かります。
どうして、何故そんなに難しいのか分かりませんが。
