私は2月にアメリカのショップから商品Ａを購入しました。
私はフィリピンに住んでいるので、商品Ａをフィリピンに空輸しました。
商品のアンプが届いたので使ってみたところ、小音量でも音割れがしてしまうという初期不良がありました。
そこで御社の1年間の保証を使って修理してもらいたいのですが
フィリピンの代理店で修理してもらえるでしょうか？
もし修理してもらえる場合、どのような書類が必要になるでしょうか？

I bought a A from a shop in the U.S. in February.
I live in the Philippines and transported it by air.
But when I first used the amplifier, I heard the sound came out cracking even played in a low volume.
It is an initial failure and I want to repair this amplifier under your one-year warranty. Can I have this repaired by your distributor in the Philippines? If yes, what document(s) do I need?
