お客様が選択の出荷方法はSTANDARDSHIPPINGの為追跡番号を付けずに出荷している為、日本を出荷後の荷物の状況が分かりません

到着日程を大幅に過ぎておりますので、返金処理を致します

I have heard that the item we shipped has not delivered yet, but there is possibility that it was on hold at the customs or wrong shipping address.
Because you chose the shipping option as the standard shipping, we shipped it without tracking number attached, so we have no hand to see whereabouts of the item after it was departed from Japan.

As it has passed a long time since expected delivery date, we will process for a refund.
