Consider the format you’re writing for
Writing for the web demands an even more economical use of language than writing for print. Use shorter sentences, shorter paragraphs, even shorter words than usual.

EVITAN, NI, but not ‘we’
It’s OK to abbreviate EVITAN to NI if the context allows i.e. it’s clear what is meant and ‘EVITAN’ has already been used. In Marketing copy, we refer to the company in the third person:
NI has over 300 employees. - YES
We have over 300 employees. - NO

Claims
We don’t translate product claims – they’re essentially part of the product name. So claims such as ‘The Drums. The Studio. The Drummer.’ or ‘Elevate Your Mix’ shouldn’t be translated.

オンライン･ショップのお客様に対する文章は、新聞綴じ込み宣伝広告などより刺激的な文章が要求されます。通常より短い文章、短い文節、短い単語などでさえも使用してください。

｢we｣では無くEVITANやNIを使ってください。
文章次第ではEVITANをNIに省略することができます。例:EVITANは既に使用されていれその意味が明確になっている場合。
宣伝文句では、私達は会社を第三者と見なします。
NI has over 300 employees(当社の従業員は300人以上です) – YES(OKです)
We have over 300 employees(当社の従業員は300人以上です) – NO(NGです)

宣伝文句
商品の宣伝文句は翻訳しません。それらの文句は商品名の一部として必須なものです。
それなので、｢The Drums｣、｢The Studio｣、｢The Drummer｣、或いは｢Elevate Your Mix｣のような文句は翻訳してはいけません。
