２（秘密の報告等）
（１） 秘密情報についてその創出または得喪に関わった場合には直ちに貴社に報告いたします。
（２） 秘密情報については、私がその秘密の形成、作出に携わった場合であっても、貴社業務上作成
したものであることを確認し、当該秘密の帰属が貴社にあることを確認いたします。
（３） 前項の場合、当該秘密情報について私に帰属する一切の権利を貴社に譲渡し、その権利が私に帰属する旨の主張をいたしません。

2 (Reporting confidential information)
1. We will immediately report to you any involvement with regards to the acquisition and loss or creation of confidential information.
2. Regarding confidential information, we will confirm that even I am involved in the formation of that information, that if it something created when working on your company's tasks, then I will confirm that the corresponding confidential information belongs to your company.
3. Referring to the case in the preceding paragraph, I will transfer all the rights attributed to me to your company, and I will not claim that the right belongs to me.
