English

The Chuugoku Region
From its highest and most beautiful mountain, the broad vistas of Tottori and Shimane can be viewed.
Unzen (Kyushu and Nagasaki)
Not only the magnificent Unzen, but the prefectures of Saga, Fukuoka, and to the east, the coast of Kumamoto Prefecture are clearly visible.
We can say without fear of contradiction that the variety of scenes on view from carriage windows are iconic of train travel in Kyushu.
Turning our attention further south to Kagoshima, (or “Sakurajima”, meaning “Cherry Blossom Island”, as it is called), where a particular mountain makes its presence felt.
If your journey takes you to Kagoshima, you can experience the sight of the columns of smoke issuing from the Volcano on the far side of Kumgang Bay.

corrected
This is the highest and most beautiful mountain in the Chugoku Region that can be viewed fron the broad vistas of Tottori and Shimane.
Unzen (Kyushu and Nagasaki)

We can say without fear of contradiction that the variety of scenes on view from carriage windows are iconic of train travel in Kyushu.
Turning our attention further south to Kagoshima, everyone recalls the “Sakurajima” (meaning “Cherry Blossom Island”, as it is called, and it is a mountain itself), which makes its presence felt.
If your journey takes you to Kagoshima, you can experience the sight of the columns of smoke issuing from the Volcano on the far side of Kinkou Bay.

I found several misunderstandings of original Japanese sentense. Also, it's quite hard if you are not familiar with geography in Kyushu.

Im so sorry I have made some more corrections but didn't appear for some error. I do not know its because of my device or some other reason, though. Sorry again!

I try my review in this comment. Hope it could be a bit of help. The 2nd paragraph I rewrote as follows:
Unzen (Kyushu Region, Nagasaki prefecture)
The magnificent Unzen is clearly visible from not only the prefecture of Nagasaki but the coastal area of Ariake Bay including the prefectures of Saga, Fukuoka, and Kunamoto.

Thanks for the corrections.
Correction to the first sentence seems just a little off but as you have noted, I am not familiar with the geography of Kyushu
This is the highest and most beautiful MOUNTAIN in the Chugoku Region that CAN BE VIEWED FROM the broad vistas of TOTTORI and Shimane. 簡単に言えば、 鳥取に だれかが山を見る
Implicitly, there may be higher or more beautiful mountains in the area, but they can not be viewed from the nominated locations.

Vista = 眺め.

If the sentence means
People in Tottori and Shimane can see the mountain,
most beautiful mountain in the Chugoku Region {X that X} AND IT can be{ X viewed X} SEEN
"broad vistas" would be wrong - "from broad areas within Tottori and Shimane
If the sentence means
People on the mountain can see Tottori and Shimane
My translation would be correct (regarding this sentence.)

The sentence means
People in Tottori and Shimane can see the mountain, so the translation would be
most beautiful mountain in the Chugoku Region AND IT can be SEEN
from broad areas within Tottori and Shimane.

My correction was partially wrong.

上記の説明から改訂
The highest and most beautiful mountain in the Chugoku region can be seen from almost anywhere within the Tottori and Shimane Prefectures.
