Office 統合では、ファイルプロパティテクノロジーを使用して、データを SAP システムの文書管理から Office アプリケーションに転送することができます。SAP からのデータを追加するには、Office アプリケーションのメニューでファイル → ファイルプロパティを選択します。
ファイルプロパティは、ファイルを特定するために使用されるタイトル、内容説明、作成者などのファイルの詳細です。文書プロパティは、次の 4 つの種類に区別されます。

In integration of Office, we can use file property technology, and transfer data from document control of SAP system to Office application. To add the data from SAP, we select file→file property at menu of Office application.

The file property is details of file such as title used for specifying file, details of contents and person who created, etc.

The document property is classified into following 4 kinds.
