私は6/14にディズニーの商品を注文した。商品が届いて中身の確認をした。
以下、２つの問題があった。
・屋根の一部が欠けている。
・柱２つが取れている。
一体どういう事ですか？何故、商品が壊れないようもっと厳重な梱包をしないのか？
私は今までであなたの店で全部で10品程度は購入している。前回に購入した時は箱が破れていた。しかし、今回は商品が破損している。納得の行く説明を簡潔にしなさい。返品、交換もしくは返金を要求する。返品の場合は返品先の住所を知らせなさい。
I ordered Disney products on June 14. I checked the item upon delivery. I found following problems:
• A part of roof is broken
• 2 of columns are fell apart
Why does this have to happen? Why didn’t you prepare the package more carefully so that the item would not being damaged during the transportation?
I have purchased from your store about 10 items total. The last time I purchased, the box was tore. But, the products are damaged in this time. Explain the satisfactory reason simply. I demand the return, exchange, or refund. Advise me the return shipping address in case of return.
