Please know that since the buyer has sent you an order cancellation request from his/her buyer account, please be assured that your seller rating will not be affected or you will not be charged any cancellation fee, when you cancel this order.

However, please follow the steps given below in order to cancel this order. If you use the procedure given below, there will be no affect on your seller rating.

-Login to your seller account.
-Go to "Manage Orders" from the "Orders" tab.
-Please select "Order Id" from the drop down menu on the top left and enter the order id you would like to cancel and click on "Search".

買い手が自分のアカウントから注文の取り消しのリクエストを送れば、注文の取り消しの際に、あなたの売り手の評価は影響を受けることもキャンセル料を請求されることもありません。

ですが、注文のキャンセルは以下の手続きに従ってください。以下の手続きに従っている限りは、売り手としての評価に影響はありません。

- 自分の売り手のアカウントにログインする
- 「Orders」タブから「Manage Orders」に行く
- 最上部左のドロップダウンメニューから「Order Id」を選択し、キャンセルしたい注文idを入力して「Search」をクリックしてください
