週末にパーツとケージの両方を無事に受け取りましたのでお知らせします。
パーツを有難うございました、早速取り付けてみましたので画像を添付いたします。

FBのページを拝見しました。
画像を使用は問題ないですよ。私のFlickrのページへリンクさせて頂いても問題ありません。
ただ次回からは掲載後ではなく、掲載前に事前に連絡をしてもらえたらと思います。
やはり少し心配なのは〇〇さんが作った試作品が意味がなかったような形になってしまったので少し心配してます。

I'm sorry for late reply.の部分は定冠詞のtheが抜けていますのでI am sorry for the late replyとなります。私もそうですが、定冠詞、不定冠詞の使い方でよく間違えをします。

I informed you that I got both parts and cage weekend.は、メール先の人に部品とケージを受け取った事を知らせたいので、”I am writing to let you know”や、丁寧に、”I would like to let you know”、或いは”I would like to tell you”を使い、”I am writing to let you know that I have received both the parts and the cage over (during) last weekend”にしたほうが良いのかも知れません。ここて、that以下の文章に現在完了形を使うのを忘れないでください。

Thank you very much for sending me parts. の部分では、メールの相手は自分が何を送ったのかわかっていますので、Thank you very much for the partsだけで良いと思います。

I attached picture because I assembled the parts.の部分では、”I am attaching pictures as I have already assembled the parts straight away.”の表現方が良いように思えます。
