It's not too clear in the original Japanese but I think it should be "I requested," since other wise the first verb should say "希望された." Also, I understand how you translated 確保できたらto "If you could secure," but the person only wants to be notified after it is secured, and not whether it can be secured. In which case the Japanese would say "確保できるかを"
