The waterfalls are slowly emerging!
What beautiful waterfalls! It's definitely worth the forty-minute walk.
Mino-o Falls are the only waterfalls in Osaka which made the list of the "100 best Japanese Waterfalls".
Mino-o Falls are the only waterfall in Osaka prefecture chosen as one of the "100 best Japanese Waterfalls". Mino-o Falls were even visited by the famous samurai-lord, Nobunaga Oda, during the Sengoku period.
During the summertime, the falls are illuminated sometimes for the local festivities (the illumination does not take place during autumn foliage).

Mino-o great Falls are the only waterfall in Osaka prefecture chosen as one of the "100 best Japanese Waterfalls". It is believed that Mino-o Falls were even visited by the famous samurai-lord, Nobunaga Oda, during the Sengoku period.

Thanks for your editing. Just one thing: "that were 'on' the list", perhaps? I would still keep "which made" to make it sound more positive. The rest sounds great.
Sorry, but you're right, 'on' the list. I could also render the sentence like "Only Mino-o Falls made "100 best Japanese Waterfalls". Totally the whole passage does make sense, so I clicked five-star though.
Thank you so much for your help! I highly appreciate it; it is always great to have a keen pair of eyes looking over any type of writing!
