ですが、日本には生で卵を食べる文化があるため、心配せずに生で食べることが出来ます。

日本食として有名な『すき焼き』でも、

生卵を付けていただきます。

最近では、コンビニで卵かけご飯風おにぎりを見つけることが出来ます。
