MPIジャパンチャプターは1月10日、東京の六本木アカデミーヒルズで「新春賀詞交換会」を開催。会員やMICE関連のキーパーソン157人が参加し、ネットワーキングや情報交換を行なった。

開会の挨拶で会長の山本牧子氏は「今回は札幌から福岡・沖縄、また韓国からの参加もあり、過去最大の規模となった。全世界のMPI会員2万人のうち7割が女性、MPIジャパンチャプターでは女性が28％まで増加したが、さらに増やし女性の力を活かせるミーティング産業の環境整備に寄与したい」と抱負を語った。

MPI Japan chapter held the “New Year Exchange Meeting” on Jan. 10 at Roppongi Academe Hills in Tokyo. There were 157 MICE related key person participated and they conducted of making network of connections and information exchange.

For the opening speech, Chairperson YAMAMOTO Makiko quoted her tasks that “this meeting became a largest-ever meeting with participants from Sapporo, Fukuoka, Okinawa and Korea this time. 70% of members among twenty thousand world members shares women. In MPI Japan chapter, it is increased up to 28%, but we would like to increase it more and contribute to establish activities scenes of meeting industry for which woman power could be maximized.
