観測の高さは、60メートルを予定しております。６０メートル地点で、風向と風速の観測を2箇所を予定しています、なぜなら、1つの観測機材は壊れてても、もう一つあれば、観測を継続することが出来るからです。
風車のハブ高さは７０メートルです。ですので、６０メートル地点での風況を元に、事業計画を作成する予定でおります。
現在、我々はまったく観測機材をもっておりません。ですので、観測をするための
