正確には　questions and requests, etc. なのですね。
and etc はredundant だと辞書にありました。

そのようですね。Et ceteraのEt自体がandのようですが、英辞郎でもand etc.の例文が見られるので、間違えてしまいますね。こちらも勉強になりました。
