I am having difficulty understanding what you have meant by ★.
Does it mean you would like me to refund the amount of customs tax in case it is applicable?
Or, does it mean that you would like me to give you a 20% discount on the sales price? Or does it mean that you would like me to indicate lower than actual custom values>

My preference is to sell the item in USD 2,500, inclusive of shipment charges, while I would like the importers (buyers) to assume the responsibility to pay for the costs such as customs duties incurred at customs clearance in UK.
