Parcel i think is being held in customs as tracking now says retention.
How much value did you write in the parcel?
I have checked the customs page and with shipping if it is over $36, they will charge fees.
It is not your fault of course, I just thought I would ask so I know if they are going to send me a letter to pay fees.
I do hope you had a nice holiday time.
We have told my daughter that a late present has still to arrive and she is all excited, she has been guessing everything, so will be happy when it arrives to see her face :)
