I have during the week done two other orders from Japan, with products that had a total weight that was even higher, and payed maximum 5700 Yen.

It does surprise me that your charge is higher.

Offering me to cancel order, sounds like a bad business, and I feel sad that you did not attempt at all to find a better solution.


I will accept the terms this one time. Let us see if we will be able t do business in future.

今週、あと２件日本からの注文を処理しました。いずれももっと重かったのですが、払ったのは最大でも5700円でした。

そちらからの請求があまりにも高いので驚いています。

ご注文のキャンセルとは、あまりいいやり方ではないですね。何かいい方法を考えようという姿勢もないのは悲しいです。

今回限り、その条件でいいです。でも今後のお付き合いについては考えさせていただきます。
