先日、ebayにてあなたから購入した商品Ａが転送業者Ｂより日本への発送を拒否されてしまいました。そのため、あなたに商品を返送します。返送後に、私の日本の住所に商品を送ってもらうことはできますか？日本までの送料はお支払いいたします。もしできない場合は、返品扱いでお願い致します。お返事お待ちしております。

The other day the item I ordered from you off of eBay was denied shipping by the forwarding contractor B. Because of that, I am sending the item back to you. Once it gets back to you, could I have you ship it to my address in Japan? I will pay to cover the costs for the shipping to Japan. If you can't do this then I would like to ask for a refund. I hope to hear from you soon.
