「別の手段を考える必要がある」のところ、「もっと予算を確保できるように」と入れるのは行き過ぎだと思います。私には、「あまりにも金がかかるならやめて他を探す」ときこえますし。
別の手段のところに関しては、私の理解としては、他の方法で予算を確保する→現在確保しているのとは別の方法で予算をもっと用意する、ということで上記になりました。これから用があるので続きは後ほど。いつもありがとうございます。
